Sited on a corner block in an older urban street this house was designed for general appeal with resale in mind. In fact the house when completed went on to be a very successful Prize Home and subsequently has proved a popular rental holiday home.

Despite the modest size of this corner block we maximised the size of the house within statutory regulations and provided all the features required for luxury contemporary living.

Externally we have designed for a contemporary modern appearance with classic Queenslander features to fit in with the surrounding streetscape.

The major design element of the house is the double storey atrium style living and dining room which open through bifold doors to the garden , pool and BBQ deck.

At first floor the master suite overlooks the living room atrium and has a dedicated balcony with street and distant views. There are two additional double bedrooms and family bathroom on this level.

The owners have personalised their house by specifying the high quality contemporary fixtures and fittings and choosing the colour schedule and art works.
