The hotel style master suite overlooks the waterfront at first floor and similarly the fitted guest suite has pool front views and access to outdoors.

The style of the home externally is a synthesis of contemporary and traditional with terracotta pitched roofs and rendered walls. Natural materials of stone and timber are a feature both inside and out. Passive solar control ensures the occupants enjoy the casual Queensland lifestyle in year round comfort.

This home won the 2005 HIA Display Home of the Year.
