The owners of this existing older property wanted to provide independent accommodation for their elderly parent. The renovation required the addition of a living room and master suite in a newly created first floor. In addition the garden area needed updating with stone feature walls and garden pavilion overlooking the pool area.

Whilst this was a fairly straightforward renovation the end result was very satisfactory with high quality living spaces created for two independent couples, an improved garden area and entry and a new impressive elevation to the street.
